My Sahiba, ♡
Just like this song, I don't think any words in this letter could ever fully explain how beautiful and wonderful a person you are.
Sometimes I think back to the first time we met at the park in HSR, and I wonder, why didn't I tell you right then how gorgeous you looked? Walking with you that day felt like my own little Jab We Met moment, like meeting Geet in real life. You have that same beautiful mix of passion, craziness, warmth and love that makes even an ordinary moment feel unforgettable.
Some of the most wonderful conversations of my life have been with you. We've gone from the funniest things to the sweetest things, from completely crazy conversations to the most shamelessly vulgar jokes, and somehow it has all felt so easy. You actually know how to hold a conversation, how to make someone laugh, and how to make them feel like they can be completely themselves.
And if I ever get to dance in the rain again, I would want it to be with you.
I still remember watching War with you. You were so absorbed in the movie, looking at the screen with that spark in your eyes, and I was just happy to be sitting beside you. A tiny part of me wished I were Hrithik, just so you might look at me with that same excitement.
Then there was our first date at Vega, the donut we shared, and that PVR story. All these little memories might seem ordinary to anyone else, but to me they're precious. I don't think I've ever clicked with someone quite the way I have with you. You make even the simplest moments stay in my heart.
I love you, yaar. So, so much. Sometimes all I want is to hold you close, give you the tightest hug, kiss you, and forget the rest of the world for a little while. I genuinely don't think anyone could ever replace my Ramu Kaka in my life.
And I have one tiny wish: I want to see you in a kurta someday. The photos you used to send me always made me smile. You looked so effortlessly beautiful in them, and I know seeing you like that in person would leave me smiling like an idiot. And that is why I wanted to give you a new nickname: Sahiba. Because that name found its meaning with you.
And whenever you feel like it, let our little song play again.
